Certification Training Category II according to ISO 18436-2 - Vibration Condition Monitoring - Date on request

This training course will enhance your knowledge of maintenance practices and condition monitoring techniques. You will learn how to diagnose a wide range of fault conditions and how to get the right data with the correct analyzer settings. Tips and tricks for validating diagnostic results are given and recommendations and corrective actions are dis-cussed. You will be able to independently interpret and evaluate routine results according to specifications and standards to provide a detailed assessment and documentation of the condition of an asset. You will also learn the basics of shaft alignment and balancing to improve the reliability of your equipment. Once you complete the training, you can take the exam with confidence, and become certified to ISO 18436-2 Category II.

A minimum of 36 months experience in vibration monitoring, already certifed to Category II by a Mobius Institute Board of Certification approved certification body

4.5 days incl. examination (38 hours training + 3 hours examination)

This training course will be supported by special training videos covering every topic provided by Mobius Institutes Certification according to ISO 18436-2 is carried out by the internationally respected Mobius Institute Board of Certification (MIBoC). The MIBoC certification is accredited to ISO/IEC 17024. After Certification you will receive a digitally encrypted certificate, an ID card (optional), and a personalized logo that you should use in email signatures and elsewhere that you want people to know about your achievements. To obtain the Mobius ISO Category II certificate, you must successfully complete this training course and achieve a minimum of 70% in the certification exam (100 multiple choice questions, 3 hours). In addition, a minimum of 18 months practical experience in vibration analysis is required and must be verified by an independent person.
